Access, navigation and use of the website www.superhealth-laboratories.com (the "Website") implies tacit and unreserved acceptance of all the stipulations of this Legal Notice, having the same validity and effectiveness as any contract celebrated in writing and signed.
Its observance and compliance will be enforceable with respect to any person who accesses, navigates or uses the Website (the "User" or "Users"). If you do not agree with the conditions set forth, do not access, navigate or use them.

This Legal Notice regulates the access, navigation and use of the Website, through which we inform Users about their rights and obligations in relation to the contents shown on them, the logos and trademarks used, as well as the responsibilities that may derive from their use.
Access to the Website is free except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by Users.
SUPERHEALTH reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the Website, as well as this Legal Notice, so it is recommended that Users review it constantly. Access and/or use of the Website after the entry into force of its modifications or changes implies acceptance of them.
The purpose of the Website is to present information to the User about SUPERHEALTH products, which can be purchased through the Website, as well as information about other points of sale and additional information about SUPERHEALTH.
SUPERHEALTH is the owner or, where appropriate, has the corresponding licenses on the intellectual property, industrial, image or any other similar rights over the Website, as well as all the contents offered therein, including, by way of example but not limitation, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, interfaces, or any other information or content included therein.
Users only have a non-exclusive right of use, within a strictly personal scope and with the sole purpose of being able to navigate through the Website in accordance with this Legal Notice.

SUPERHEALTH does not guarantee the reliability, usefulness or veracity of all the information contained on the Website.
It is not responsible for:
(i) The continuity of the contents.
(ii) The absence of errors.
(iii) The absence of viruses or other malicious elements.
(iv) The invulnerability of the Website.
(v) The usefulness or performance of the contents.
(vi) Failures caused by attacks on servers or technical problems of third-party providers.
(vii) Technical failures that prevent correct operation.
(viii) Damages caused by non-compliance with the Legal Notice rules or security violations.
SUPERHEALTH declares to have adopted technical and organizational measures to guarantee the operation of the Website.
It will not be responsible for information published by external sources or linked platforms.
It reserves the right to suspend or interrupt Website services to Users who contravene this Legal Notice.
SUPERHEALTH will not be responsible for delays or failures in the operation of the Website arising from force majeure or fortuitous causes.
Force majeure causes are considered: strikes, civil conflicts, terrorism, wars, fires, floods, epidemics, natural disasters, transport or telecommunications failures, governmental acts, among others.
During these periods, obligations will be suspended and deadlines extended in proportion to the duration of the cause. SUPERHEALTH will put all reasonable means to resume service or find alternative solutions.

SUPERHEALTH will respond in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within a maximum of one (1) month.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), all personal data provided during the use of the Website will be processed according to the Privacy Policy, which Users must read and accept where appropriate.
All clauses of this Legal Notice must be interpreted independently. In case of nullity of any of them by final sentence, the rest will not be affected. The affected clauses will be replaced by others that preserve the pursued effects.
Access and use of the Website shall be governed by Spanish legislation.
The competent Courts shall be those provided by applicable regulations. When possible, any litigation will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
