The origin: a real story
SuperHealth was born from the personal experience of its founder, Gorka González de San Román, who in 2015 suffered a serious accident while practicing CrossFit. During his recovery at the Puerta de Hierro University Hospital in Majadahonda (Madrid), a doctor recommended that he incorporate Superfoods into his diet. Although he was unfamiliar with the concept at the time, he decided to research and learned about their properties by reading several books while still hospitalized.
At that time, Superfoods were barely available in Spain, so he began acquiring them during his professional travels through Latin America, Asia, and India. Over time, he gathered more than 50 different varieties at home and developed specific combinations that he applied to his daily routine.
After recovering, Gorka became passionate about Superfoods and decided to share their benefits with the world. Thus, in 2018 he founded SuperHealth, a company dedicated to offering high-quality natural supplements to help people improve their well-being and achieve their best selves.
